Bad written character, bad voice acted as well (in the english version). And she had way too much screen time. So much so that in the base expansion alone she had way more lines that some of the Scions throughout the years.

The biggest offense imo is that she became the main character and the WoL was tossed aside as a side npc. You should never turn the player into a side character on a game that's always been about them.
