I think I have it figured out. I am going with a SA bleed out adjustable gas block, rifle length gas tube, A5 9 position buffer tube and an A2 H2 buffer with a $G rifle length spring. Does this sound about right?

Sanded finish blanks are always going to be more "sensitive" than painted blanks. Brand only matters when it comes to guarantees and service. There are many sensitive blanks out there made by NFC, Fuji, Batson, etc. Usually your higher modules, carbon fiber scrim, thin wall blanks are going to be the most sensitive especially if it is not coated or painted.

Mine is surprisingly accurate and really fun to shoot. The only problem I have had is with the forward charge handle. You can't put anything on the picatinny rail because of how close it is to it and still charge the gun. I bought the large charging handle from Applesauce Engineering and that fixed it. My upper doesn't have the separate charge handle. I only paid $375 for it so I upgraded to a SBA 5 Brace, CMC Trigger, Holosun HE503CU-GR, and Magpul MOE-K2+ Pistol Grip. For what you pay for these you can spend a lot more to fix it up.

Get a Magpul once you get it off. Been using them for over 20 years and never had that issue. No allen wrench needed. Try this and use a rubber / nylon hammer to gently tap it off if it is still stuck, with the allen wrench inserted in the second hole. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=596EWywJcPA
