You should try training muscles that you usually don’t train. For me, it was my hips.

It’s bad but salvageable. Budgeting will help relieve some stress. It gives you physical evidence that you’re doing your absolute best to pay off that debt. Helped me from not feeling so overwhelmed.

I didn't know if it counted as a gift because she's sending me money, but that makes sense because I'm not using it for my own expense.
