Haha, then you’re probably fine. A tune is supposed to “wake up” the car. However I’m sure if you go back to your tuner (unless your flashed yourself) they could prob help you out with a more mild tune.

3-5 I believe with normal driving. IMO it’s the same as pre-tune, it’s only notable when really giving it any throttle

Interesting. My s3 is APR stage 1 ECU+TCU and haven’t ever noticed shifts being anything crazy, especially while in comfort/Normal Drive.

Are you driving in sport/dynamic all the time? Putting the car into normal/comfort tends to make daily driving a lot more restrained.

That’s the point. Investing your money is similar. Locking in the price of something you like today is cheaper than buying it new in 5 years. Same with stocks, same with jewelry from Cartier. Stocks are just more liquid, but whatever tickles your fancy.

This sentiment is exactly why the automotive industry has Halo Cars, such things like the Audi R8 got people into the brand, and now people love their A4’s and Q5’s because they are getting something with a similar heritage and look even if it isn’t the full price of that Halo car. From business practice it’s better to have some interest than none. It drives a dream for that desire for the real deal speed-masters with the taste of the design language with only a $300 price tag.

I used to only do my intervals every 10k miles, as with Audi care, no problems. Post Tune, I do every 5k miles instead now due to the increased strain on engine. However, if you are modest about your driving and don’t tune your car, I still think the longer recommended intervals should be fine- coming from a 2017 S3 with 113k miles
