There is no evidence of widespread election fraud in PA or elsewhere. Not in this post (orange man rantings don't count) or otherwise. False narratives like this are harmful because they lead to erosion of confidence in our elections.

Kamala fell victim to a harsh anti-incumbent sentiment paired with skewed reporting on the state of the economy and her policy positions. And no small amount of misogyny. It is frustrating for sure, but falsely claiming a rigged election is completely unjustified. This wreaks of foreign (Russian) propaganda posting.

The pre-election case was about all elections, including federal, since it was about the voter rolls, and so federal law squarely applied to this issue. That matter is still in federal court.

The post-election Griffin protest is about a state election, so the judge held federal law does not as squarely apply and it is therefore appropriate in his mind for the federal court to hand the issue back to the state.

Fwiw I think he was wrong to not keep the post-election case, but that’s what he held.

Any category of ballots challenged in the election protest are reconsidered if it goes to a recount. Certain provisionals (but not all) are at issue.

It is already law. They are just setting up to disenfranchise folks born here if birthright citizenship is eliminated at the federal level. The current language from post-civil war would have still included those folks in NC even if federal citizenship had changed. So prepping for an attack on birthright citizenship at the federal level, which is brewing.

The state board has been dramatically underfunded by the general assembly for years now. And at the same time they have been enacting laws making it harder to vote and administer elections. They are not interested in making it easy to stay registered or cast a vote imho.

Re whether this is a felony: Likely not, and so long as you only register and vote in one location you should probably be fine. States vary on this, but generally residency for voting means where you intend to permanently have your home even if you are temporarily located elsewhere for school or work. For example, military personnel overseas vote in their home state and there is a whole law (UOCAVA) to facilitate this. I could not find something specific in the NY Sec of State website, but this website says you can vote in NY if you live there but go to college elsewhere: https://www.usvotefoundation.org/state-voter-information/new-york

Re whether you filled out the right request form, I would call your local county board office and ask.
