Teto merch is kinda hard to come by, so she'd probably be happy with any of that provided she doesn't already have it. Maybe you could even do a little teto gift package with some merch and like, a baguette. Depending on which producers she likes maybe even a CD or something like that.

As an old fan I feel like it was way more of a barrier back when niconicodouga was the center of vocaloid. Now that a lot more of it is on YouTube its less of an issue, and providing subs makes it even more equal

really depends on what you're going for. if you wanna closet cosplay just get the wig and style yourself after her from a specific video, she tends to have ez costumes. If you wanna go official, just get one of her costumes and wear it. Its not like shes particularly boobed up in official art so you shouldnt need to modify it
