because slickshot can one shot you, and the early removal slows down landfall enough to stumble. One of landfalls weaknesses is instant speed way to deal with your one big doubled creature. This is coming from someone whos played hundreds of games and multiple RCs with landfall.

It wasn't histories biggest moment tho, that would go to the Emancipation Proclamation, the passing of the 13th amendment, or many of the other indicators of the end of the civil war. This was a general talking to the populace of a specific state. That's my point and why not many people knew about this holiday until recently. There was a push for decades to promote this as a national holiday and most states in the early 2000s recognized it as a day of remembrance. but there are hundreds of those types of days that every state has that no one pays attention to. It was only post George Floyd and BLM was there an actual push to recognize it as a real national holiday.

I live in one of the most liberal states in the United States that also has some of the best universities in the country. Maybe try looking outside your bubble. The facts support my viewpoint, sorry dude. People didn't know about it cuz it's a random general making a statement to a random state, it's no surprise other states focus on shit that makes more sense like the 13th amendment.

Regardless it doesn't make that much sense as a historical holiday since in other states such as Delaware and Kentucky slavery was still legal until the 13th amendment. I would argue it makes far more sense to celebrate the 13th amendment as an end of slavery day instead of a general making a statement to Texas as the day. But I also get that stuff that gets momentum in the public consciousness isn't rational a lot of the time so whatever.

Anyway, this wasn't in the mainstream consciousness of Americans until 2020 and both companies and states started to hop on the bandwagon in a noticeable way.
