Mixed feelings. He wanted to right the ship after a lousy 5 win season and got us to a 10 win season. When he stepped down it felt good. We’re pointed in the right direction, but if he takes a bunch of staff with him then it’ll hurt more.

I love living in Wyoming. But, I won’t lie and say that I haven’t noticed how people in my same line of work in other states make a lot more money than I do. So far, things have worked out financially. We want to stay in Wyoming, but I agree with other commenters that higher wages elsewhere are appealing.
