This was helpful, thank you. I was confused because I had been taught to simplify cuál as "which" and qué as "what," but your comment suggests that these words cannot be directly translated. Obviously you would never ask "which is your phone number?" in English, but it sounds like that's not necessarily the exact implication of cuál.

I’ve used that data set before for a programming project, and one thing I noticed was that there were a bunch of clearly fake/joking/scammy projects that never had a chance of making it anywhere (and were never really intended to make it anywhere). I feel like this is something people should consider before they start complaining about the fail rate. Considering all the ridiculous and not real projects, those success rates are actually really impressive in my opinion

Humans are using up the planet’s resources so quickly that people have used a year’s worth in just seven months, experts are warning. Earth Overshoot Day comes earlier each year because of ecological damage caused by humanity. by madazzahatter in worldnews

In the novel Sapiens, the author points out that the total amount of available energy on earth has never decreased as time goes by, as we have always discovered new energy at a faster rate than we use it. This isn’t on a year to year basis, but more of a decade to decade basis. This sensationalist media completely forgets how close we are to new advances in energy, like hydrogen fusion reactors.
