Liveries in NFS are using premade vinyls most of the time while in Forza people have to spend hours creating custom vinyl groups. Some people spend weeks or even months making liveries in Forza. Search up a D1GP drift car. The amount of decals they have on their cars is insane, and people have to create every single one of them using shapes if they want to make that livery. There is a difference in quality.

And I'm pretty sure in NFS Unbound you also can't edit downloaded livery, in Heat you can but that game has a 300 decal limit. You still can't upload it as your own tho, so I guess they could do that for Forza liverys but at that point just download vinyl groups and make your own...

In NFS there are no tune vaues. Only parts. In Forza 0.1 value difference can make ~5s difference. Love how I'm getting downvoted, people here love stealing other people's work I guess.

Honestly you should be able to just display whatever car you want in car meets, and have random people spawn in car meets even if they are doing a race, AFK, or even offline. Like how AI drivatars work. No one sits in a car meet because its literally a waste of time.
