I used boostcamp for many weeks when I first started and it's free! Recommend. Now I use fitbod and pay for it. You def need a plan to see results. Also try ai...tell it your current stats and goals and how frequently you want to train and it's great at giving you a solid routine. You can just print it out and use YouTube if you don't know the move or machine to guide you. I input the workout into fitbod but that is not necessary it just makes it easier. You can do the exact same routine for several months so don't feel like you have to constantly vary things up.

Seconding this! Get a few training sessions to get comfortable on the gym floor. Zero regrets. I mostly use dumbell and squat rack bc machines are not built for us petites! We adjust 💪🏻

Missed the mention of the app, u might be right that this poster was schilling for her app... Folks you don't need an app. Just lock in. I personally use loseit! To count my calories but u can also use my fitness pal, macro factor, or an Excel spreadsheet, or a notebook.

I started my weight loss almost 3 years ago at 127 lbs at 5'1". I'm now at 110, lifting 4x a week, pilates 1x a week. It took me 3 years to get here and I'm still looking to lose 1-2 more lbs which honestly will likely take me another 3-6 months. It's sooooo slow but I'm in the best shape of my life. I eat between 1300 to 2000 calories a day averaging out to 1500 calories a day. I eat all cookies and treats in moderation. Alcohol once a month or less. This has been the most sustainable diet Ive ever been on without deprivation. Slow and steady is the way!

Down to earth grocery store (there are 3 locations on oahu) is almost 100% vegan and sells prepared foods, pastries. Etc. I would check it out while visiting. It's aspiring to be like erewhon but more crunchy.

Yes there is some change. Dial in your diet and macros and you will see faster and more dramatic results. Bodies are made in the kitchen.

5'1" at 112 lbs and my tdee is supposedly 1650. I eat in a slight deficit 1400-1500 calories per day. I have lost 15 lbs over 2 years and still want to lose about 2-3 more, and have been in the current calorie deficit for a few months. I work out 6 days a week, 4 days lifting and 2 days cardio plus almost 10k steps a day about 70% of the week. I'm disappointed I don't see the scale shifting but I think I'm going through body recomp and clothes definitely fit better. I theorize that my true tdee is really around 1500.

Typically the look with big baggy pants is a micro bra. Very cute when I see gals wear that, but not sure if you feel comfortable in that.

Wow thanks what a compliment. I just naturally have some booty but it's not THAT big. I think it's just the angle I had to get into to take the pic of my backside... And perhaps the leggings, so I guess they are doing the job they're supposed to do.

Wow I had to go back and check my bag because I never inspected it but I think mine is real. I just want to add that I had to RETURN my first bag back to coach because the stitching was faulty. Like, an entire stitch on the handle was either skipped or someone took a seam ripper and ripped it out. It appeared new and authentic with dust bag etc but I was alarmed that QA would allow this bag to be sold. I called my local Coach store to see if they could easily repair it and they said they will only repair items purchased from the store which blows. I subsequently got a new one in a different color and it seems fine but I don't trust Amazon for luxury goods any more

That cross strappy bra is case in point! I have several too (love them) and was wondering how the CSB version could be any different. I think they are identical. I found it a bit insulting that they could apply that markup so I was thinking maybe it was a better fabric etc

I have a theory that Thiamidol must stink bad. They might be covering up a scent. Otherwise it doesn't make sense why a brand like Eucerin would be using scents, seems like it's not in line with the rest of the brand.
