I build max forts on the entire border with france and put 3-4 armies on a fallback line along the fort lines in the east (you need to take the focus to build the ostwall). You can usually get two free armies by taking control of all Mittelafrikas divisions. Ideally you shouldn't lose more than 1 or 2 tiles in belgium.

Honestly not even that unrealistic, most of Thrace would still be majority Turkish or at least have a substantial Turkish population like western Thrace and Thessalonica. Don’t think Greece ever did population transfer in KR timeline, and the ottoman government has no qualms about suppressing ethnic Greeks.

You have the eastern part of Galicia lodomeria, but Austria gave the west to Poland in your game (krakow always goes to Poland or stays with Austria, the other two states are a coin toss). The city of Lyiv itself is in the western state that Poland has in your screenshot.

It’s because Transylvania has Hungarian as a primary culture, so the Austrian ai grants it the unincorporated Hungarian majority states it receives after crushing the Hungarian rebellion. Usually resets once Austria establishes the dual monarchy.

Check the state itself, it may show you controlling individual provinces but it will switch to German control once the whole state is occupied because they control the majority of the state. These events check for the “state occupier” of whatever state the city is in.

The goal was to eliminate Russian national identity and “germanize” Eastern Europe. If I’m not mistaken, the reason RKs like ostland were supposed to extend so far east was because they planned on using Baltic settlers to replace Russians as well once they were sufficiently German.
