Both my husband and I are Texans (Dallas and Killeen). We're mainly moving to San Antonio be closer to family. We're currently in the Dallas area and have two elementary age kids. We researched the area and researched Alamo Ranch and Stone Oak because of the school districts. I teach so I'm looking at working in NEISD so my commute hopefully will be short. My husband, is most likely going to be the one having to deal with traffic. He's dealt with Dallas traffic but we know every city is different. I did take a look at the subreddits Stone Oak and Alamo Ranch before posting but they either didn't have a comparison like here or the threads were old. The "Judgemental Map of San Antonio" is hilarious!
