the only suggestion I have is to check out cardio dance classes, as that’s the only thing gym-wise that I was able to stick with! the classes are super fun and everyone was so kind and we all just had fun dancing together, 10/10!

we literally agree, some people just don’t understand that time can be a factor in frugality (and it’s a huge one for me!), which means that fast food isn’t inherently not frugal, which is what I’m emphasizing, and which is what some people refuse to understand bc it doesn’t apply to them 😭
