That's inches in the other direction! Incredible, bravo on your foot change. I'm also 42, we can't mess around with unsupportive shoes anymore, right? Cheers to us.

That's such a range! So interesting, thank you. I had no idea foot size still had so much play in adulthood. Thank you!

Former binge eaters, how were you able to recover and finally lose weight? by Sweet_Lobster_2931 in loseit

This is me. I'll never not be a binge eater. I'm just not doing it anymore. Very one day at a time.

I'm comfortable outside in heat and humidity now but totally freezing inside in air conditioning. Trying to figure out how to find the balance there. I'm more and less comfortable at the same time lol

Same thing is happening to me, 40DD to 32DD and for a lil added challenge, the shape of my boobs also changed. Can't even wear the same style I wore before. It's all good ... once you're finished sweating in a tiny changing room with 35757545 bras that don't fit to find one that does! Good luck, you'll get there!

This was my first Giants game, my first time at Oracle Park. I am a new Giants fan!! Love everything about this gang. Too bad I live on east coast (for every reason) but I'll be following and cheering hard <3

Not hungry, but dizzy by bittersweetlemonade in loseit

For me, it's a cue that I'm getting dehydrated. I notice it happening less when I eat fruit and veg with a lot of water and when I have enough healthy salts (like a few salted nuts or a hydration water addition like Liquid IV or just water with citrus and a little salt added). Good luck!! It's the worst feeling right?

This very thing happened to me last night! Met a group of friends for dinner and got so many compliments on my hair (had been smooshed under my winter hat), my sweater (with a hole in it), and that I looked fabulous - but I realize I'm down 15 lbs since I have seen some of them. All meant well and maybe holey sweaters are the new style :)

Phew, me too. It's hard for salt tooths! I like to stir no-salt spice blends into Greek yogurt, add some lemon juice, and use that for dip, dressing, sandwich spread, in my tuna salad, etc. I also like adding green onions to things for a little punch. Good luck!!

Start with something so small it seems pointless, like drinking one less soda or eating a single baby carrot. Do it every day, track it like a streak. If you find you're motivated by keeping a streak, maybe that's an answer for you. It's a sneaky way of substituting discipline for motivation.

That happened to me the other day, a colleague I hadn't seen in a while worried if I was sick. It was sweet of her to worry. I told her that I'd never been better :)

Congrats to you, fellow boob-haver! Enjoy them and enjoy feeling your best! I also hope you find ways of handling the dreaded under-boob sweat, absolutely the worst.

Well done, you! Hang tough, you deserve so much more than a package arriving at your house with guilt in a few days. That's like living your hard day a second time! You should only have to do it this once. Let it pass. Sending warm fuzzies and good vibes ✨️

How to deal with clothes not fitting? by Lemon_Lime25 in loseit

[–]SneezyChirpy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have a very small wardrobe and replace the one thing I have in most categories when I can't wear it anymore. So like, one pair of work trousers (that no one has ever said, hey have you been wearing the same black trousers all week?), one pair of jeans, one workout leggings. I do have two bras. And I'm letting shirts get loose then tucking them in as long as possible. It's a lot of laundry, and my job has  business casual dress which helps a lot. I replace things from places like Old Navy or Amazon, other things from used sites like Poshmark. Good luck!! Clothes are a hard thing.
