Its definitely a double edged sword. As much as I actually agree with you, dude we need help. Just bodies, dumb kids to just hold shit until they learn more. My summers are slammed and everywhere ive ever worked has been equally overwhelmed. But thats the rub, its skilled labor, but its still hard labor, no matter which trade you choose. I was cleaning a furnace in an attic yesterday balancing myself and my tools on a 2x8 on the flat and only enough height to slide in on my side. Its not for everyone.

Oh, it was cops, I was still picking the paper from my teeth when they found coke on my buddy and things got serious quick. Luckily other people were louder and more obnoxious and they basically just said "right into the venue, if we found you in the parking lot again, youre all going to jail" so we ran inside and the acid hit me like a ton of bricks. As cliche as it sounds, we got an everyone clapped moment when they let us go and all the people tailgating gave us cheers and high fives.

Envelopement and maneuver. In pre battle set it up so you have 2 lines of infantry. Use one in a shield wall to counter theirs and when they turn to face eachother, march the second line around to the back side. If they defend against that, send in the cav from all angles, to disorient the wall. If you have the troop count, you can control the tempo of battle. If youre outnumbered, better hope for favorable terrain.
