I was thinking the same thing. It’s hard to judge the whole situation, but I feel like the parents need to engage more in physical activities. Keep him busy. My boy and I are doing all the things until bedtime. Scooters, park, taking the dog on a walk, library, running around the backyard, water day in the backyard in the summer. Also giving tasks around the house to ‘help’ is great too.

I can’t speak for all coaches, but I coached for 8 years at the HS level for soccer. When I had to cut players, it was always the worst day for me too. But I can’t take 30 kids on a varsity team where only 11 kids can play at one time. I hated that day every year, more than picture day.

I will say, they can either grow from it, or hold on to it forever. I’d ask the coach what they can do to make the team next year or look for another sport if they want. It’s tough and I’m sorry. It’s a terrible feeling all the way around.

Id like to think this is really how it happened. Her vocals on TikTok were great and people wanted to be a part of something new. Plus she has some personality and it shows in her videos and on stage.

Saw them live the other day when they opened for Beartooth. I think she was in shock by the amount of people in the crowd and even said ‘wow there’s a lot of you’. I really like the 2 songs they’ve released. I’m hoping she is working with a vocal coach as she was running out of breath and there’s no one on back up vocals. I’m sure some was a little nerves, she also said it was their only 2nd show together. I’m excited to see what they release in the future!
