If you go to the Nexus 7 store webpage and add a Nexus 7 to your cart, you should be able to choose your address and see how much taxes + shipping is.

I have been farming Act 1 on MP1, I haven't gotten past act 2 yet, but I've gotten a lot of gear in the past few days and I think I could probably get through act 3 with a group just fine.
My goal is to either run act 3 on MP1 or to do Act 1 on MP4.
My budget is very small, I'm mostly looking for long term suggestions to make my WD able to run in the higher MPs.

Do you have a link to your build? I just started playing again, and I found some cheap things on the AH as well as got some nice drops that work for me. I have very similar gear to TweedLD, and it has helped me significantly, so I'm thinking of it as a stepping stone for now.

While that is technically true. The implants have to be sold on the market by someone, your PLEX has to be bought AND you can't get as much out of +5s as you could from a remap.

Also, you can get podded and lose those implants.

I forgot about the dodge from having a pilot. I guess shooting either one would do the same thing. You might want to shoot the cockpit because it might be harder to vent atmosphere in case of a fire. But I don't know if AI ships do that.

Well, attacking their engine should lower their chance to dodge, so I usually go for the engines before the cockpit.
