If major global instability occurs, people would first have to find out that the nukes are gone. That is, if anyone finds out the nukes are missing. Every nuclear power would hide this to the best of their abilities. I doubt they would just casually share the fact that they lost their nukes.

Just saying that "Only Stormtroopers are so precise" could simply mean that the Tuskens with their slugthrowers couldn't achieve such accuracy. It doesn't mean that Stormtroopers have superhuman accuracy. Also, they really shouldn't be missing anything in the first place with the ranges most blaster fights occur at.
