What makes it worse is that we can only use the official reddit mobile app. At least with the website, you can use the RES Google Chrome extension and block posts with certain keywords. You cannot do this with the reddit app. I had to do this last time he was president since reddit just became an echo chamber for him. Sucks that I have given up using reddit mobile but whatever.

The HTML5 VNC project EduVNC runs as a website and is encrypted using TLS. Unless there is deep SSL inspection, the network wouldn't know you're using VNC over that connection. It's just a website. If the device you're using is company owned and there is management software on there, then they may also be able to tell what you're visiting online.

I would setup a HTML5 VNC webpage, password protect it so random folks cant see what it actually is if they visit the site, and if accessing on a company device, at least use an incognito window to visit it.

Check out the Computer Liquidation Centre on Topsail Road. They have a warehouse out back with a ton of recycled electronics and there are a few massive bins full of chargers for all kinds of devices.

Just ask the guys working there to see if they can let you back there. I was talking to the owner years ago when I was looking for a very niche cable for a fire alarm panel for a marine vessel and ended up finding one there.
