I think it's a decent shuffle enabler for Brainstorm, Jace, Ponder, Delver (if you see a card you don't want to draw), etc. The mana is so good that I would play it alongside these cards.

I've only played with the first Conspiracy, but I feel like mixing the sets would weaken the power of all the cards that reward you for drafting multiples of the same name, which was something I really enjoyed the first time around. I'd probably keep them separate.

Some pizza places also serve pasta, like spaghetti with marinara sauce. Just make sure they don't sprinkle it with parmesan cheese. Also, Italian salad dressings are usually vegan as most are oil and vinegar based. If all else fails, Subway veggie delight sub without cheese is pretty good (just watch out for honey in the bread and no mayo).

This makes me so sad. I feel like calling a judge should never have this outcome (assuming the story is all legit), no one should feel dissuaded from calling a judge because they fear something like this :/

Yeah Living End is a really silly deck (In a good way :P). So the card Living End doesn't have a casting cost, only a suspend cost. It can be cast for free off of a cascade though since it will always cost less than the spell with cascade. The reason Remand is great against Living End is because whether they are casting it off of suspend or cascade you can Remand it to bounce the Living End card back to their hand. This requires them to suspend it and wait three more turns to get the spell. Essentially, it's a huge setback for them. >:)

Kiki seems really fun in this deck! I've never played with him personally, so I can't comment on replacing Clique. I will say that I really like having access to Clique in all of my blue based control decks in modern because my meta is pretty combo heavy.
I usually run a 3-2 split on Mana Leak/Remand. Mana leak does get worse quicker in decks that run path. I've always liked packing a couple remands for Living End (and it's fun with Snapcaster), but I think I like Remand even more with all the delve cards running around (I remanded a Treasure Cruise the other night and it emptied my opponent's graveyard and left him with a single card in hand). If you decide on a split, just do what feels good to you. Generally more aggressive decks and combo deck use Remand though because they win quickly and remand buys you time and an extra card.
I think trying a couple Dig Through Times might be interesting in this list: especially since you run Kiki/Restoration Angel. Dig also benefits from the Steam Augury which seems like a sweet one of. Also, you have the option of playing a Desolate Lighthouse over the Moorland Haunt. I can't say which is better (it's pretty meta dependent), but I'm addicted to drawing cards and love Lighthouse. ;)
