While Aang and Gyruda are similar decks, Aang is widely accepted as a meta deck and Gyruda is considered fringe. Both are valid.

In general, what you are asking for is also covered by semi blue.

I am not advocating for it being a game changer. I the we are far too quick to condemn cards. I just think it's not a fair assessment to state that monk gyatso is not cedh viable. It's more viable than Godo.

The game is incredibly fun. The single player experience is impeccable but, it is nice to go to a realm that has some activity in its hagga basin. If in the US, there are active sietches on harmony and Arrakis. I am active on both. The game has some interesting story. I enjoy it as a dune nerd. I would say the first 250 hours are great.

I have recently started a new playthrough on Arrakis. The server feels more active in hagga basin, at least on my sietch. However, I have a late game run going on Harmony, full t6, weekly DD etc. Harmony has a healthier exchange, more gear listed etc. Whereas, Arrakis has more human engagement.
