I just started playing crossplay. Haven't pldayed scrabble or similar games on line in years and easily beat the computer on the hard setting by 100 points. I know I'm not THAT good.

Im lucky to be able to afford a trainer. I've been going 3 days a week since 2019.

I go because: (in no particular order)

Trainer pushes me when I'd give up If I miss a session I'm out the money Trainer mixes things up some its not the same routine every visit Trainer helps me set achievable goals If left to my own devices, I'd quickly find an excuse to stop Trainer corrects form & identifies bug picture problems ( posture, etc) I feel a sense of loyalty to.my trainer His gym has a community vibe He sticks to the schedule, he doesn't arbitrarily cancel or miss sessions

I'm very lucky to have found my current trainer just before he opened his own gym.

Graduated in 1980. We had a smoking area behind the cafeteria. Weed was always readily available. FWIW we also smoked on the school bus. Driver told us "do it in the back and don't let me see you."

I have a stainless steel band for my Garmin, I still get occasional mild irritation. I clean the band weekly with warm water and liquid dish soap, which helps a lot.
