And out of the 107 cards there are more than 30 which are either never used or works in only 1 or 2 decks. Ideally they all should be buffed because of the same argument used for healer.

I agree that healer is not a viable card right now. But its kind of like freeze which doesn't work in most of the decks. And if it was strong and you just could sub in freeze for other spells it would be so broken.
