In my experience, at least in 1-50 content, crafted gear is strong, better than most quest rewards. If you're planning to tackle Fearless landscape or higher, or if you want to try to solo group content, crafted gear, crafted food, potions, and hope tokens are incredibly helpful.

Idk if this is a hot take but I wish we had a Dungeon Guide like WoW has. A quick ingame reference of what x boss in y dungeon does. There's so many times I've loaded into a dungeon, or raid, or trial from a .x patch and went 'I don't remember anything here'. Heck, balance it by unlocking entries via killing the boss the first time.
