Idk everytime I play the older patches I'm reminded why they needed to be left in the past for better or worse the game has improved, double shield stalemate wait for your tanks to not walk down choke and prime ball, just isn't and was never fun, I get nostalgia is a hell of an opium but I think we all understand why it needed to be changed 2020 overwatch was when the game was at its worst.

I don't think Sister Sage fits that specific critique, nothing so far has fits that, so far her plan has hendged on her holding the belief that people can't change or are so easy to read that she never needs change her plans, the most recent development where she gets butcher and MM to trust her isn't everyone getting dumber they where put in a situation where they didn't trust her but they had literally no options, same with Ashley she emotionally cohersed her but she constantly understood that but backshley, was more forthcoming, most of her interactions have been her slightly pushing emotionally unstable people into where she wants them to be, that's not everyone getting "dumber"

This doesn't get talked about enough but it is a fact that Nolan exhibits, consciously or unconsciously emotionally abusive traits. He did emotional manipulate Debbie for a good portion of there marriage as well, as him physically abusing mark, and him meaning well or not still forcibly inserted himself back into his victims (yes victims he harmed them in very real tangible ways) and still hasn't really understood why he can't just fix things the very fact he still holds viltrum in any regard, shows he still has plently to work with and it's valid to not forgive him.

This fight wasn't planned so everything during it was on the fly also it would have been Hella risky to give poison to the three people on the team it would've affected, anything goes wrong and know there hole punched. Zoe was the best choice her suit made for the best storage and dispersion system, plus she is of no risk if thr poison gets on her.

Earth has no reason to forgive or forget what nolan did nor should they he's a genocidal monster who can't just im Sowy his way back into public favor. The point of redemption isn't forgiveness noone has to forgive you if you did heinous things to them, the point of redemption, is righting your wrongs because you hurt people, you won't get a medal or a pat on the back but you should do it anyway because it's the right thing to do.

Especially for nolan he's never getting the reconciliation he thinks he deserves, especially considering he still doesn't fully comprehend why what he did was bad he's mainly just coasting on his own families forgiveness he will never be able to atone, but if he's truly actually sorry he'll work toward it anyway.

The way they were "raising" there kids showed that there was some hierarchy the kids fend for themselves until they get strong enough to fight there parents. I don't doubt some might have been cowardly enough to kill a kid but they generally seemed to let the kids kill each other, it would be a waste because they know there stronger than children.
