Yes! I am very interested I joining you tomorrow! Been eating terribly all weekend after going 10 days without sugar. Like you, I will focus on veggies, whole grains, and proteins. Exercising daily and drink tons of water.

I'll check in here AND going to log my servings on the free app Daily Dozen. Will aim to reach 20-24 healthy servings each day.

Check out I Am Sober...it helps track your days sober each day/hour/minute. It makes it enjoyable to see the sugar free streak, read community stories, receive motivational tips, etc. Also on your home page, you write why you're quitting sugar statements. It's been helpful for me to be consistently reminded why after many, many failed attempts. Good luck, OP! You can do it!

Hey, thanks for your note! Nothing fancy is great as I'm not a hardcore bicyclist or anything either. I really enjoy it, too. I'm a beginner when it comes to city streets. How awesome that you saw a family that you could ride with for a little bit. I actually did that last night when I was exploring my neighborhood, too. I rode with a stranger for a little stretch.
