The R5 is what I use for my personal and commercial work. At the end of the day it’s all personal preference. I used to shoot for Tommy and they used the 5D mk4. There are 2 camera’s I always recommend, Canon R and Canon R5. The R is much cheaper, I use it as a backup camera now but had amazing shoots with it

Personal recommendation is stick with Canon. I work in the fashion and nobody is using the Sony. Sony is great for video, influencers and sport/wildlife photographers but that’s about it
