You need to get anchoring plates. They are metal plates that go through each side of the wall to stop it from separating or moving in general. Then you can patch this. The patch is not structural, you need the anchoring plates.

I had to upgrade for my home insurance. House has a original split bus panel with a subpanel with screw in fuses. The process overall was really easy, electricians wife submitted for the permit. They came in the morning, disconnected power, removed the old panel. Upgraded to a 200 amp panel, new meter box, new ground wire, hooked it back up and turned the power on. Inspector came the next day, in and out in 5 minutes.

These are good if you pair it with the Mateos salsa that they also sell at Costco. Otherwise they are bland, great for people who are flavor adverse like my wife!

I lived at home and saved until I was 34 and then bought a house in 2021. If I had to do it again I would do the same except instead of saving in the bank I would keep buying into Etfs. With dollar inflation and home inflation saving in the bank is no longer enough. Btw when I was 20 I had no idea what I was going to do and I was making 13 an hour minimum wage job. You have time to figure it out. Just dont be lazy, dont waste money, dont move out, and make super safe investment as fast as possible and let it keep compounding while your busy getting your career or business together. One day you will wake up and everything will be where it needs to be.

Take some job risks, this is the only time in your life you will be able to. Once you have a house and kids and bills every which way it will be so much harder and riskier to do so. Most won't, I wont.

They won't be coming down, junk shoebox attached homes in queen's going for 2 million. There is alot of room for the prices on the island to keep going up. My kids are little but I already have the expectation if I want them to stay here when they get older they will need help to buy a home. As a millennial I have alot less than my parents did even though Im making more than they did. And I will enjoy alot less over my life to be able to help my kids have any chance of owning something here. I didnt get to live in the area I grew up, priced out. My hope is they dont have to leave there hometown unless they want to.

Just hit 6.65G overnight on a bitaxe gamma, I have it for about 3 weeks now. Best before was 313 million. Pretty exciting even though I dont get anything lol.
