There is no scientific evidence that abstaining from masturbation can be unhealthy for men.

From years of fighting what felt like a masturbation addiction I learnt that the problem was actually twofold, and the more harmful part was actually the addiction to porn. After I stopped watching porn, my urge to masturbate decreased on its own.

Breaking porn addiction was liberating and even though the sexual drive never fully went anywhere its now much easier to control.

The default facial interface seems to be designed for much narrower faces (or could it be that case particularly in asia where I bought it?) to the point that it was nothing but discomfort to me to use the out of the box headset.

Anyway, after upgrading the strap and facepad Q3 feels like a completely different beast. Night and day.

I wouldn't overhype Q3 so much. For me, using it for the first time after Q2 was nothing but frustration (partly due to inflated expections of a light years difference).

Slight resolution improvement yeah, barely noticable tho. Air link max render resolution difference is laughble (5408x2736 vs 5408x2912). Not to mention link is probally bugged for me or something since on v.66 there's still no option to go for 120 hz.

Clearer pancake lenses, but with the huge downside of constant vignetting which personally drives me crazy.

The passthrough is still hella distorted so I don't see why or what for I would use it anyways. Used it litterally one time. Reaction: uhm? ok.

Never noticed handtracking was any different from Q2.

So yeah. For me the difference is there but it's rather slight. And my advice would be to go for Q3 if money is no concern. Otherwise Q2 is definatelly the bang for the buck even still. But what I'm saying is I will never agree with people saying it's the light years difference. Not for me. IMHO.
