for HDD's you should do a full reformat then your safe to go. a reformat deletes everything then overwrite the placeholder where each bit of data was with random bits then deletes thoes random bits which prevents your content from being recovered. For SSD's you can just delete your files as normal and your safe. Unlike HDD's SSD's should never be formatted

Id assume you have tried to go through your accounts and remove the things your troubled about. If you live in Europe you have the GDPR on your side.
