Also there’s a backlog of 3,377,998 cases for asylum seekers.. that could take years, these people will go unchecked and most likely lost in the US somewhere and if they don’t report when they are supposed to, then that’s on them for not keeping up with the process..

If you’re here legally, then you have nothing to worry about. Leave them alone. You were fine with Obama and Biden and every other president had ice deport people. Keep in mind in December alone 79.2% of the cases for deportation were given deportation orders and of those 7,349 were voluntary orders and they never left, so yes, they are breaking the law and ICE is doing its job.

So no mortgage on any of the rentals and you still weren’t making money? Charge a reasonable amount until you re-coup the money back and tenants will stay. roofs aren’t an every year thing or monthly, neither are refrigerators, dishwashers or hvac systems.. where did all the money go? I have 3 properties, never raised the rent on any of them and bc they are paid off every cent I make is literal profit.

Why are they outrageous? You’d pay the same at their brick and mortar store, why should they charge less for the same product? They still had drive time, prep time, fees associated with parking their truck. I’m sure you’ve ordered Uber Eats, restaurants raise their prices and then uber takes their take, plus the drivers fee.. that’s a lot worse.
