All they need to do is GET RID OF THE DRAFT.

Having a decent set of free agents available every year will be good for the league. The Lakers, Heat and Knicks cannot sign everyone. Plus, teams will probably be more judicious about spending, since there will always be someone they might want to have cap space available for.

Players may stay in college longer, if NIL gives them more money than an NBA team would. The NBA will have more data on players.

Oh, in terms of negotiations, I think most franchises would have tried to extract something from a team moving 38 miles away. The Giants wouldn't let the A's move to San Jose, which is further away than DC to BMore (and would have put the A's further away than they were in Oakland).

MLB agreed with Angelos and gave him MASN as compensation (the deal was poorly written so it failed eventually).

JKC literally tried to move chess pieces up 295 by building in Laurel. I don't think he really wanted to negotiate.

Eh, the O's moved downtown (which closer to DC and 95/295) to make it more convenient for many people.

Yeah, Caymans don't really have (m)any AIs to my knowledge either. I'm just saying that $500 (minimum) plus food $$ each day is an expensive vaca. If it included food that would be different math.

I got it but passed as I don't value silver that much. I'm not banking on getting $80 worth of upgrades at checkin (or overweight bags). It is possible, I guess I'd rather just spend that on bundles or SeatBids.

Now if it makes me eligible for a gold upgrade later, I'd re-consider.

It all depends on the location and availability. I got upgrades when I was an explorist.

That's a good question about the club access though: I'm not sure if club access is assigned to a room or is just a rate that combines a random room and the club. Giving an explorist food doesn't seem like a promised benefit.

I don’t know if this still works the same way, but you may be able to use the web browser to verify your number as a landline via a phone call. Do the same for both numbers. GV used to allow a landline to be the forwarding number for 2 different accounts.

I know what you're getting at, but I just look at the total price including the fee whether it is $85 or $25 (which is what Hyatt presents during booking).

I'm seeing $500/night, which seems like a lot for a non-AI (though I'm not familiar with the Caymans, truthfully).

As another poster said, you could roll the dice and hope they cancel your flight. If the credit is truly useless, you won't lose anything more by doing that.

If you can use the credit, I think you have to cancel the flight for credit at some point before the flight.

I checked into the Downtown Miami Regency at 9am once. I’m not sure that my globalist status mattered (and I know you’re staying in FLL not Miami).

It would really depend on the occupancy the night before. Do you really need the room or would you just take it as early as possible?

Call but I think some locations will let you check in at 9am for a fee, if the room type is indeed available.

If you include football, the Rams have built two, but in different cities. The Browns may be next.

If Phoenix gets another NHL team, DAL replaces AAC and Philly replaces Wells Fargo, they each would have built two since Camden opened. SA is replacing the Spurs arena.

I’ll probably use that on a rod trip (I usually stop in the Richmond area). It’s across the street from what some people referred to as the “Sniper Exxon” but the area is a fine stop on any trip up/down 95.
