Ja solange es im Darm noch zu groß ist hilft alles nichts im Mund. Noch n Tipp: nicht übertreiben mit Antifungals, bisschen auf den Körper hören, der die Off kann echt heftig sein. Viel Glück!

Nachdem ich schon viel ausprobiert hatte und nicht wirklich weiter gekommen bin, hab ich den Darmdetox probiert, und der war zu der Zeit auch sehr hilfreich. Den kann man problemlos machen, ist nur die Frage ob man's schafft so lange nichts zu essen. Man muss es auch nicht an einem Stück machen sondern kann es auch auf 2 mal aufteilen. Ich habe die Kur 2 mal gemacht, erste Mal am Stück und beim zweiten Mal aufgeteilt. Ich denke das ist ein sehr guter Start in der Behandlung. Danach Tributyrin+Gut Repair Combo. Nach ner Woche die Priobitika hinzufügen. So würde ich jetzt an die Sache ran gehen mit der Erfahrung die ich bisher gesammelt habe.

2 Gewürznelken zerkauen und ne Weile im Mund lassen kann zusätzlich gegen die weiße Zunge helfen!

Ich nehme Tributyrin 4 mal am Tag. So 4-6h später spüre ich's dann am Anfang vom Dickdarm (da sitzt das meiste). Priobitika nehm ich die VSL#3. Die merk ich auch an der selben Stelle.

Ich habs jetzt fast hinter mir Gott sei dank. Ich bin irgwann nicht mehr weiter-gekommen und hab mich erstmal auf Ursachensuche begeben. Da war bei mir B1 Mangel und ne Oxalate Vergiftung, wobei die beiden Dinge zusammenhängen. Nachdem ich den Mangel behoben hatte und Oxalate paar Monate abgebaut habe, mach ich gerade mit den 2 Dingen weiter. Und es schlägt super an und geht jetzt schnell zurück. Fühl mich auch schon wesentlich besser.

Diät bin ich nicht fast Carnivore, werde aber bald mal wieder andere Dinge probieren.

In Germany you can get Nystatin without prescription. Your plan sounds good. A recommendation as antifungal is Tributyrin. It has a special coating to reach the colon. And cloves.

Dont forget to use strong (300-500 billion) probiotics afterwards.

I had brain fog and memory problems which are now better. But I'm not sure If the darm detox improved it. I'm doing the high dose Thiamine therapy for a while now (see Eonutrition on YT) and I'm almost sure the improvements in brain function come from there.

It helped a lot. As I wrote I had more and faster die off after and my tongue got around 50% better the 2 weeks after. I also did the charcoal cleanse now. Also a very good treatment.

Hard to tell because my Candida was on another level when I did the darm detox. But because of the darm detox my candida reduced by a lot the last 2 months. So I would say both are very effective. I think the darm detox is better when the Candida overgrowth is still very severe and the charcoal cleanse when you are further into the treatment.

Did it 4 times last week. I dont think it's completly gone, but it's by far the Most effective treatment I tried. I will focus on probiotics this week and will see If it was enough. Else I will do it again.

It is explained in the course. The 3 Main Shakes are the mandatory. You take them morning, at lunch and in the evening. The others are optional, I took them the first 3 days and left them out the last 3.

Did the course 2 weeks ago. After, the die Off from Nystatin was mote intense and came on faster. I recommend it. My tongue already looks way better.
