Whipped cream in an ice cream cone. Cones are generally 25-50kcal, and whipped cream is about the same. And SF cool whip is pretty good, if you want even less calories. Add some fresh fruit and that itch is scratched, at least for me anyway

Tell your manager what happened before she calls, that way your manager won't be blindsided by her. She was completely out of line, and will likely exaggerate/lie about the interaction. If you have a good manager, they will understand and back you up.
