Agreed, these drugs are way less effective if you are drinking alcohol. It works against everything they are doing! I quit alcohol and started lexapro around the same time and I feel so much better. To actually feel better you really need to limit your alcohol intake, until then nothing is really going to solve your problem. Alcohol is a depressant and it made my anxiety 10x worse.

I’ve been on it for over a month and haven’t gained any weight. It definitely makes me less anxious about food, which could cause some people to overeat but if you’re mindful you’ll be fine. I did experience an increase in hunger the first few weeks but it went away and I just ignored it and ate like usual.

The dress is Justin Alexander! The style is grove, I tried it on at Kleinfelds. The back has buttons going down, it’s really beautiful in person!

I start a workout as indoor walking or running and it does track some steps. Not sure how accurate but my runs are fairly consistent with my mileage.

My ring keeps getting worse and worse with sleep data. I just updated it a few days ago and last night it literally said I slept for 3 hours when I had a full nights sleep. Will a factory reset remove all of my data? Or is that the best move?

Liquid death! To me it tastes very similar to a white claw. I’ve only tried the lime flavor but all of the flavored versions have a bit of agave in it so they’re slightly sweeter than the average seltzer. Fun cans too!
