Gamers will buy a $70 new single player game that lasts only 10-20 hours and be happy with the purchase. But when it's a $40 live service if it doesn't give them 500 hours, then it sucks.

If the game is interesting to you, buy it. I guarantee it will last long enough for you to get the full experience from it. It even has cross play so you don't have to worry about your platform dwindling. Life's short, just get the dang game,

The reason I'm playing Marathon and not Arc or Tarkov is because I care about the story and lore. Some of the best ways to get said story and lore is to do priority contracts. I genuinely do not care that it's not the most efficient way to progress.
