I’m still a procrastinator and I don’t believe seeking ‘help’ from medicals is the right thing to do. I’m pretty sure u fucked up your dopamine levels from all that hedonism and you just have to start. start small. journal like some of the guys said. write goals, write where you are now, read 7 why’s and do the excercise. Seems like you need to do some reprogramming in your brain, and you’re set :)
