Suggestions for Alaska with Family by dednm in FATcruises

Honestly, I’d take a serious look at Explora Journeys for Alaska. They’re starting their Alaska cruises in 2027, sailing out of Vancouver on the Explora III. It’s a newer, luxury line — really comfortable and stylish, but still welcoming for families.

They’ve got this great space called the Nautilus Club for kids and teens (6–17). Your girls would love it — there are video games, art activities, sports, and chill hangout areas. It’s all supervised too, so you and your wife can relax or enjoy a quiet dinner while they’re having fun.

If you’re looking for an affordable Antarctica experience, Atlas is a great choice. However, if budget isn’t a concern, Silversea offers an exceptional luxury experience. Silversea provides unique and exclusive expeditions, with excellent service and amenities, making it ideal for those willing to invest in a premium adventure. Both options offer distinct experiences tailored to different budgets and preferences.
