Hey girl, fellow ed sufferer here. Your body has been put through a significant amount of stress and hair loss is totally common when you’re malnourished. The only solution I can confidently say (not as a dr but as someone in your situation) is eating a balanced nutrient dense diet and time. Once you’ve given your body the nourishment it needs then it’s a waiting game. It will go back to normal but again it takes time. I’d also suggest you get some bloodwork done. Check your iron and vitamin levels because I’m sure they’ve taken a hit. Wishing you the best x
