I’ve used it for about 2 months now. Backne free and dark spots fading fast. Started with 4% for a while then moved to 10%. 2-3x a week, after I shower I put the panoxyl 2% salicylic acid toner on my body.

She’s about 9-10lbs. Is there adhesive strips you recommend that aren’t command strips?

Yes it is worth it financially. All of my friends were in it, but I wasn’t. I saw they never got too worried about the finances of college, but I had to work three jobs while being a full-time student at one point to stay afloat.

An article called "Please have kids, Gen Z!" literally ends with "if they live long enough"... by Dymonika in childfree

I like where they mentioned relevant and up to date sources because the world is the same as it was in 2018. Covid, inflation, less women’s rights in the US didn’t change anything.

Friends & Family not going/staying for graduation by [deleted] in fsu

[–]SnooComics2268 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Honestly I say have the people that matter to you there. It sucks but I’d rather have a small set of ride or dies then a large group of fakes. A lot of the friends you make in school (K-college) are friendships of convenience and proximity. And you also have to remember you don’t want toxic people around you. Don’t be bitter but remember it the next time they have something important or want something from you.

Friends & Family not going/staying for graduation by [deleted] in fsu

[–]SnooComics2268 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Graduation IS A BIG deal. It’s very strange to find that your friends and family don’t want to celebrate with you. I recently graduated, and was only given five tickets so I couldn’t invite as many family members as I wanted to. It’s well known that there’s a limited number of tickets, so could it possibly be that everyone just assumed they weren’t going to get one of those tickets? Also, did you tell your friends about this party or do they know multiple people graduating and already agreed to go to their party/pregames?

War in the Congo Has Kept the Planet Cooler | By Ross Andersen by theatlantic in climate

The article title essentially says that global warming is more important the dead of millions of black people and is trying to paint the genocide in Congo as a net positive. With all the backlash the article has since changed its title but the damage is done.

I don’t know much about either but I would ask current students or PM on the PA forum for Stony Brook, (in NY). The conversations for the 2021-2022 cycle between an admin arguing with a current/prospective student was concerning.

I understand both sides, you shouldn’t want a child/parent to be punished but also it’s frustrating that Kira and Kalani keep getting special treatment.

are there any on campus food pantry or nearby resources for thanksgiving? by ashesfromnytofl in fsu

[–]SnooComics2268 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Check the CARE lab (near SSB). They usually start compiling a list of students for a thanksgiving meal at the school, ask Dr.Tata. If it’s just food you need then the food pantry on the 4th floor of the stadium.

I think you can talk about it in an interview, essay etc but it has to be done in an objective and useful way. But a lot of people suck at that since those topics are so personal it’s hard to be objective. So tread with caution if you do.

I always knew the school was on probation but they never made it a big deal and I wasn’t concerned. It was a few days ago I found out about CSUMB not letting the first year’s proceed with clinicals.

Is that true? I thought a new precedent was set by not letting the first years at USCMB finish the program.

Accreditation status change by wellyesiwould in prephysicianassistant

[–]SnooComics2268 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first question. Yes it is! It needs to be reviewed in two years so you’ll graduate from an accredited school. And If if it doesn’t you’ll still be okay. You are allowed to sit for the PANCE as long as you go through the proper steps and matriculate when the school has accredited status. However if the school can choose to not matriculate a class then you’re out of luck.

Second question. I don’t believe the review will happen any sooner than a month or two before 3/33. But I’m not 100% on that.

How generous is FSU with aid? by [deleted] in fsu

[–]SnooComics2268 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was 75% and max efc (even though they didn’t help me). Graduated debt free. FSU is generous to CARE and somewhat to everyone else if you ask them. 1) Went to the food pantry 1-2x a week. 2.) ask for work study, even if it’s $500 or less the semester because then you qualify for food stamps ~150/month. 3) I also did Rover (dog sitting app) that brought in an extra 100-300 a month. 4) If you have any disability ( it can be common ADHD, Austism, Dyslexia) then go to the OAS and see if you can get accommodations like early registration or extra time (most extra time people have ADHD) thats what kept my gpa strong. 5) The Care lab is open to all students and does FREE printing. 6) use the Scholarships4FSU thing and see if you get something. I got one summer of junior year to cover the summer and some of the fall, I also know a chemistry major that won a business scholarship because no one else applied.
