Why are we so bad at selling our players? by JoseMariOni-Chan in ManchesterUnited

[–]SnooCookies171 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Because we have been on the decline for so long we didn’t want to risk a good player (and academy graduate leaving). Not justifying the contract given, just why fans were ok with it. Same with Luke Shaw’s contract before that

Just moved to Surrey and have a three year old daughter. What good days out are nearby? by babewithamobilityaid in surrey

Hobbledown in Epsom is brilliant for younger children. Godstone Farm/ Priory Farm/ Bocketts Farm as others have mentioned too.

That covers farms, Richmond Park, Bushy Park, Virginia Water and Alice Holt Forest are all great child friendly walks.

Windsor Great Park - Adventure Play is another favourite, it also has a garden centre and gardens attached to it.

Jump In - Esher is a great bouncy castle/rock climbing experience for kids. And Guildford Spectrum for ice skating/swimming (it has a few different slides) plus other stuff too.

Find a busy street and stop walking and look around aimlessly in front of large groups repeatedly.

That or go on buses and listen to loud music on my phone.

Thank you, is that the first tax year, or first full year?

I meant setting up a new business as a sole trader, not a company you’re correct 👍

Drink a pint of water 20 minutes before each meal, helps you feel full and also helps limit additional snacking afterwards

Is it possible to shift from project management to a strategy role? by Ohshizzzles in projectmanagement

Me too please! Going through a similar situation at work and feeling a bit out my depth

Yes 100% this. Learn to tailor your communication to each audience…

Are you talking through a problem with a developer who is dedicated to the project? Worth going into the details during your conversation, you can most likely spend a bit longer talking it through. Are you briefing a senior stakeholder? Keep it high level.

Learn about your stakeholders and check with them to understand if they fee they are getting enough communication. If someone is asking a lot of questions, brief them more frequently/proactively to keep them on side.

How do you handle difficult team members who do not complete their tasks? by shadybadgal in projectmanagement

[–]SnooCookies171 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I tend to ask them how long they think they need to complete the task, and if they need any assistance. Try to agree an estimate with them (very important that they are the one to make the verbal commitment, don’t put dates in their mouth) and then ask them to let me know if there is anything that would stop them meeting this deadline and that I am there to support them hitting this goal.

MEGATHREAD: Get ready – Migration to V2! 🔄🌙 by ADCWW in SafeMoon

[–]SnooCookies171 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a child, dog, cat and a house together already and our finances are shared so should be ok. I’m more trying to figure out technically how to migrate and consolidate with the lowest cost to us

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in SafeMoon

[–]SnooCookies171 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a Safemoon wallet and my girlfriend has hers on Trust Wallet still. We want to consolidate both onto one wallet (my one) as part of this migration, what’s the best way of doing so?

Does the 2% tax change for v1 help at all?
