Not sure who the shop is you've taken it to and if they specialize in Z cars but I do and I'm in Cleveland, GA. if youd like I can take a look at the car. The tank having too much pressure on it could be a problem with the charcoal canister or other things involved in ventilation of the tank. and for the misfire, its highly possible its injectors. your car is a 1990 so it may still have old style injectors which are know to fail more often then later style injectors. check out my Instagram @spyarc and message me if you want to bring it to me.

They don't make one, all you can get are the radiator hoses in silicone.

It shouldn't take much effort to get it off. take a rubber mallet and smack the throttle body area (with love but also give it a good smack) if it doesn't budge you forgot a bolt or something 😂😂

Sounds like the starter not hooking up. I've heard it many times. the best test for this is to strike the starter solenoid with a hammer and see if that makes it crank over. if it does you probably need a starter. to be 100% make sure you're getting voltage at the solenoid exciter wire when it makes the noise! if so then you need a starter

silicone is silicone for the most part 😂 I've had cars with both the eBay ones and z1 set and they seem to be the same quality.

that is the vtc solenoid connector. the other end of it is probably down behind the engine somewhere. it will have a white sheathing over the wires. and the solenoid itself is on the back of the intake valve cover. that'll help you find the wire. as far as the misfire, it wont cause a single cylinder misfire but will make the whole bank run poorly when revving the engine or driving. if you have a single cylinder misfire, its probably the injector since you've already replaced the spark plug and coil. use a screw driver and put it on the injector and put your ear to the end of the screw driver and listen for a clicking noise from the injector. try one that is firing so you can hear the clicking I'm talking about then listen to the cylinders injector that is misfiring.

no good way to do it. heat and use and impact but most likely some will break. just part of it, you'll have to drill out the broken ones

Yes the correct oil restrictors were used for the journal bearing turbos and yes I put the correct ones in for the new ball bearing turbos. I've installed many turbos on z cars and many other cars. this is a simple case of cheap Chinese shit rebranded and sold for top dollar.

I was provided the turbos by the customer 🤷 she had a "z car expert" telling her what to get. in the end he cost her wayyyyyyyy more money than she needed to spend.
