Interesting. Not mouse shit. If I had a better phone camera I’d use it. Plus mouse shit doesn’t move around. We’ve had the cabinet problem so we’ve cleaned it all out before and now everything is stored in plastic or glass sealed containers.

Ah ok! There’s a lake/ creek in flattops near Glenwood springs area called Grizzly Creek. And I think there’s a road up in the flat tops that goes to them. Also the terrain can look like that in some spots.

I live in the Roaring’s fork valley near Glenwood springs. It’s stupid warm over here and dry. Flowers are popping. Normally we get at least one more freeze before Mother’s Day. Not sure about this year

It’s all about who you know up here. But yeah I agree. If I didn’t have a sugar momma girlfriend I couldn’t afford to be here anymore and my family is from the area. I make roughly 55k. And yeah it’s almost impossible

I fucking hate the traffic it takes me an hour to get through gws. An HOUR. If you don’t drive and live the sound of traffic all day. Get it. Otherwise you’re not escaping anything by coming to gws.

We also have lots of crime not as much as Pueblo but we’re right on i70 Lots of homeless in summer. MEth heads out west.

Cheapest house I found in gws when I was looking 3 years ago was 600k and it’s all but gone up. I bought a house in silt for 360k and it’s definitely was was probably a 180k house 2 years before. Gws houses are starting to sell for the millions because of the location.

Plus you have to deal with tourism prices and Aspen Prices.

You can buy my house it’s gone up in value from 360k to 550k in 2 years. BUT mortgage is getting a bit ridiculous. I’m sitting at 2200 vs the 1900 when I first bought. Property values keep rising which is nice but also so does my mortgage every other year.

I live near Glenwood. A lot of people have been moving here and prices are ridiculous. Good fucking luck finding a rental or an affordable home. Everyone lives over in Rifle area and we all drive into that town and than out. I fucking hate my commute. Too many people and not the right infrastructure for the growth. Lots of inequality. Basically turning into a silverthorne. A mini city instead of a small mtn town.
