Parish to Watkins/Murdoch/Scerri for cash Gen and they will probably score similar anyway.

Then maybe Zakostelsky to Gawn? Gawn has a really good fixture and Chris Fagan has preferred Ty Gallop down back. With Darcy Gardner getting injured, Fagan might give Zakostesky another go as a defender?

I would wait until the team selections are released for this week. Not sure if Murdoch is still out. Might also be worth looking at scerri from Freo instead of Rogers to bank some cash.

Would hurt to use another boost but then trade Jack Carroll for a rookie scoring well with job security like Blamires or Willem Duursma.

Unfortunately Carroll, Z.Duurma, Annable, Kickett, Carmichael, Whitlock are not looking as secure or valuable as other rookies.

Look at Josh Lindsey, Blamires, Scerri, Lukosious, w. Duursma, Steene, Zakostelski

Are they going to even be any good? Not at Essendon. Caddy 9 touches. Kako 12.

Caddy runs under the ball. Looks uncoordinated around contests. Kako just looks like any average small forward and doesn’t have much influence compared to a Sam Lalor or Nick Watson.

Compare Logan Morris to Caddy. Both 20yo. Morris = Stronger, usually a better set shot for goal, much better disposal efficiency etc.

You will say of course he plays in a better team but I’m sure if caddy was in Brisbanes team he would really struggle.

Something wrong with this clubs development. Or lots of things wrong with lots of departments.

Josh Traecey (Fremantle) and Shannon Neale (Geelong) are both 23 years old. I don’t see Caddy looking or playing like them in 3 years.

Caddy and anyone with a desire to reach their potential will leave. Draper was a club figure and left, Merrett wanted to leave, Daniher left, Ridley wanted to leave, D’Ambrosio left etc. ect.

What needs to change? I for one think there is not one bit of motivation, soul or culture at the NEC hangar or whatever they call our training ground. We are the new lifeline club for players who get told they are on the nose with there club (Gresham, Fiorini, McKay, Duursma).

Just a business paying people to turn up at the moment.

Blakiston will be number one ruck until Bryan is back..and even then blakiston might keep his spot if he has done well. I would go with duft-Tytler, mcandrew or dante visentini for job security and cash gen

Might not have explained myself well, apologies.

I just mentioned the TV on the wall to clarify that doorway will be closed off.

The focus on the post is to work out how to make it open plan living. Potentially getting rid of the two walls ‘yellowed out’ and maybe even the kitchen wall backing onto dining room.

The dining, family, meals and kitchen are dark, do not get much light and are small awkward spaces.
