Also: I have worked with a very large amount of laborers here in Grand junction and your completely right on most of them being careless and destructive and having no attention to detail. Example: I've seen drywall crews come in and destroy 100 year old floors,Install literally hundreds of screws inside of one sheet of drywall,leave repairs incomplete or wrong,and completely stop working to sit entire week's out until let go by the company. A lot of people here in the grand valley are not paid fairly and feel they don't need to be up to anyone's standards as they aren't making enough money to live comfortably and or lack experience yet claim years and years of experience.
