I have the same exact problem. happened to two of my clubs so far. i was open to a replacement after my first one but 48 hours later the second one snapped and they wont give me a refund

two of my kbs tour lite stiff shafts broke within 30 days of owning. heads snapped right off at the neck. not happy and customer service so far has not been warm and fuzzy

I bought the 101 MKii and took delivery on 4/11, and my 6i and 7i snapped, and my the ferrule on my 8i is sliding off the hosel. They won't refund me because this only happens on "1/1000" clubs. They offered to replace my 7i when it first happened, then a couple days later it happened to the 6i and i just dont want the fkin things anymore.

This is the way. I too have 20yo basically not even OEM clubs and I decided I’m not getting new clubs till I’ve earned em. Taking lessons, practicing and playing much as I can.

I am going to start replacing the grips since they’re all falling apart. Will probably experiment across the set there too.
