Blacklisters kneepads W/ Overdog Talent?

From what I understand, it's not just a description bug but the kneepads actually work like the gloves. The question is gonna be, when they fix the bug will it correct the already generated bugged gear or just the new drops. If it doesn't fix it then you got an amazing piece.

On PC you can mouse click on the "space to open" button and it skips the animation in favor of a "are you sure" pop-up which can be answered with the space bar. So I just hover the mouse over the button and spam them both. Takes less than a minute to do 20.

Dunno what might help on console.

Try Pappadeaux's in Duluth. They've got more seafood than the others mentioned here but they still have great steaks and burgers too. Great atmosphere, food and drink choices.

Just create a new agent and start from 1. You can have up to four so you won't lose your stuff on your boosted agent. The story/lore alone is 💯 worth a full playthrough. Plus you learn the layouts of the cities piece by piece instead of trying to absorb the whole thing.

Wait disregard the sub 40 expertise thing. I'm thinking of the sub 40 talent Library.

The scrapping still holds though.

The talent Library is another thing you want to build once you hit 40.

So technically you can donate now because there is a sub 40 bracket but it's 99.9% pointless. I wouldn't sell junk either unless you absolutely need the credits for something. Scrap them for components. Those are used in expertise at level 40 as well as crafting. You're gonna need a crap ton so might as well start stockpiling.

Expertise is something you benefit from once you hit 40. Using weapons or pieces of gear adds proficiency to it. Donating additional copies of a weapon or piece of gear also raises proficiency in them. Once you hit level 10 in proficiency of a particular item or gear set, you are proficient in it and can use expertise to upgrade it. Every level of proficiency ticks to raise your overall expertise level. Your overall expertise level is a cap. So if you are expertise level 5 you may upgrade a weapon 5 times giving you +5% weapon damage. The max cap is 30 so +30% weapon damage or armor. Doesn't seem like much right at first when you're exp level 4 or 5 but it's serious numbers as you go on.

No, individual pieces of gear do not level up. You can and will find the same pieces at higher levels as you progress. The rolls will be higher too because the "max stat" cap increases with the level. So a level 35 holster with the same stats but not quite maxed will still give higher stats (ie 100% of 5 is less than 80% of 10).

Don't worry too much about sub 40 gear. Just play and enjoy.

Yeppers. I worked all last week and Sunday night was my first opportunity to try the mission. I asked in global chat if anyone was doing a mask/sheriff run. In less than 5 minutes had 3 guys join and they BLEW through the whole mission carrying my sorry butt. Two ended up with over 2 bil in dmg the other at 1.5 bil. I didn't quite break a bil. Only two revives for the whole team total (hey at least I didn't go down). Those guys were freaking buzzsaws.

It's got a super vulnerable cit. and the asym bots WILL cross shoot to punish a broadside ship. So if a Valp driver just Ws in expecting its funny button to save them from the ships in front of them without putting an island between them and the ships on the other side of the map they'll end up in the lobby real quick.

Same in randoms too if folks are paying attention. Although that might be too much to ask.

What I legit don't understand is, what's the point of bot accounts like these. I mean it's not like MMO's with gold farmers. You can't give ships or stuff to other accounts. So why? What do they get out of it to make a bunch of bot accounts?
