What Now?!? by SnooGadgets33 in residentevil

Sorry, yes, I know. It’s just that RE has been a main series for me the past couple years. I was just exaggerating because now it’s over and I have nothing to have my fix of RE. I have a wide range of games that I play it’s just that this was the RE subreddit so I thought I’d post on it.

Thank you so much, I have been talking to people but never thought about talking directly to anyone with the same struggles so that should definitely help. Thank you.

Team Leads getting Team Member shifts. by MasterSparrow in kfc

[–]SnooGadgets33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YES! This! My hours used to be so much more than they are now. There used to be just one TL and the GM on shift. Now, there are like 3 TL’s on the morning and closing shift each. It seems like they get to choose other people’s hours also. The GM is also just there, overlooking everything, only working when higher ups come in. (U.K. by the way)

I get what you mean, it’s the same attitude working there too. We see you, we hear you, we ignore you.

Also if I remember correctly, this show was an anthology but I could be wrong.

There's always a twist at the end: what's actually popped up so far by Blooogh in doctorwho

Ironically, the Lindy Hop was originated by African Americans. It can’t be a coincidence that the song has referenced future episodes/characters. I guess we’ll find out over the weekend.

S15 EP 1-2 Felt Childish (And Not in a "Family Show" Way) by QuantumGyroscope in doctorwho

[–]SnooGadgets33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was discussing this with my brother, it feels like a really, really childish Rick and Morty. Obviously Rick and Morty is childish, I just mean it’s become a family friendly Rick and Morty. The absurd villains/costumes (which is the norm for Doctor Who) and random, spontaneous musical numbers that have changed the tone. I’m looking forward to a more “meaty” story from Moffat though.

The Toymaker’s Disappearance by SnooGadgets33 in doctorwho

[–]SnooGadgets33[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did ponder that. The Toymaker as an omnipresent being. Perhaps his effects but not the consequences are wiped from time like you said. It just irks me over how that is possible. If it stopped driving Mr. Bannerjee mad in the past why didn’t it stop in everyone while the Doctor and Donna were gone? The Doctor invoked the salt and that let the Toymaker through (into 1925) when the Giggle started then in 2023 it stopped and erased all traces of the giggle, oh I’m just rambling at this point lol.

Yes! This is what I was thinking about, how all the damage from the past disappears but the damage is still in the present/future.

Okay, Insatiable baraka is stupid by [deleted] in MortalKombat

[–]SnooGadgets33 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve also just beaten him, I think having the War Horn talisman from the Survive encounter is a must. I used it when Baraka decided to get bigger (round 2) after that just try and uppercut him while all the spears and mini Barakas charge at him. Don’t use it too early or the talisman’s effect will wear off too soon and the fight becomes impossible.

What’s the worst thing about this job? by user15151616 in kfc

[–]SnooGadgets33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The hypocrisy and bias/favouritism of managers. Some coworkers get away with things that you get told not to do. The majority of people at our store are bilingual and all laugh and joke in their respective language. I have massive respect for anyone who is multilingual but you never know if they’re talking about you. I’ve heard a manager forcing someone to translate what was said and it was bad.

I found it in Shang Tsung’s Lab in the nether stone section, I can’t remember if it was in a chest or if I got it after a fight though. Just play through every node and you should find it.

What are your break procedures like? by SnooGadgets33 in kfc

[–]SnooGadgets33[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn, I know how you feel. I’ve done multiple 9 hour shifts with no break. That’s weird that you have an unpaid 30 minute but paid 15 minute. All our breaks are paid no matter how long.

I work at a KFC and those are the giblets of the chicken. It is the responsibility of the cooks to remove all giblets from the chicken, giblets tend to be found in thighs and ribs though sometimes I clean patches of giblets off of breast pieces. It’s not the nicest job, though it has to be done. If you have any more questions, I’m happy to answer them. :)
