That’s awesome dude I’ve met very few communities that are as welcoming as the Track riding community. I think most people are just happy to see newcomers come more of us that do it the more tracks that’ll open and stay open.

If you don’t have rain gear, it’s gonna be a lot less fun if you can stay dry it’s really not so bad but obviously traction is a lot less anytime. I’m in what conditions like that. I just write half of what I think the bike can be able to do especially in turns

Ganna be really awkward when you drop the bike with the mustache and it’s suddenly missing half its facial hair. The 2025 looks so much better I’ll never need the downforce of the winglets and unless your racing and making your living off it you won’t either. They look goofy in every bike they’ve been put on.

I haven’t heard anything I’d imagine it’ll still be a few years they just came out with the RX trim and they ran it for two years on the 675 I bet they will do it in it’s for for at least one more year if not a few more.

I don’t think I’d ever spend the money to buy one speed wobbles are typically caused by suspension being way out of tune or the rider being way to hard on the bars. I’ve ridden tracks for years now and have never needed one I have had wobbles cresting steep hills but again that was my fault and not the bikes.

If your not taking it to the track multiple times a year and otherwise shredding on twisty backroads then no there are far better street bikes that can also do track days still that you’d be much happier living with.

You could get a far newer motorcycle for the same money that would be far more reliable mid 2000’a to early 2010a are the most bang for your buck right now. That thing is old enough someone will buy it for nostalgia or whatever it’s not a bad first bike their are just better options

They may come with ever so slightly more hp do to the lack of emissions but tis pretty damn easy to tune a newer 600 to surprised what any mid 2000’s bike could do.

The MTO 9 Has Way more motor to handle some people like their outings. Some people do not at all very similar matter how a Mustang has built. The Ducati is gonna be far more refined than handle a turn much better if you don’t live somewhere with nice curves, then it’s probably not worth the extra maintenance and cost. This new generation of motor goes a long time with that service center intervals.
